West Chester, OH – West Chester Hospital is currently accepting applications for a scholarship award offered through the Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty. Applications may be found online at www.wclfoundation.com or by contacting the Community Foundation office at (513)874-5450. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, January 31st.
West Chester Hospital established the scholarship award for students who are, or have been, a volunteer at West Chester Hospital, as well as for students who have participated in West Chester Hospital’s Shadowing or Field Rotation Program. Applicants must have a 3.5 GPA or above and be planning to pursue a degree in the field of healthcare (i.e. physical therapy, nursing, physician, hospital administration, social work, etc.)
Two students are selected to receive the $2000 scholarships each year. 2016 recipients were Julian Havens, Lakota West High School, and Siddarth Srinivasan, Mason High School.
