| Purpose: |
FCCLA is a co-curricular club for young men and women enrolled in the Family and Consumer Science coursework. Involvement in FCCLA offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life – planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication – necessary in families, communities, and workplaces.

Junior Classical League

| Purpose: |
This is a national organization for current (as well as former) Latin students who are interested in a primarily social and service-oriented club which promotes the Classics. Members plan for and attend the annual Ohio JCL convention in Columbus where they join over 800 Ohio Latin students in a weekend of competition (academic as well as creative and performing arts) and the national JCL convention held in the summer at various college campuses. The club also sponsors the Nat'l JCL Latin Honor Society, and a scholarship is awarded annually to a Lakota West graduating senior who has made a significant impact on the organization.

Always wanted to learn scrapbooking, but didn’t know where to go? Already scrap but want to learn some new techniques? This year will be the first year for the Lakota West Scrapbooking Club. Dues are $20 for the year, we’ll meet every other Friday after school, you can join anytime, and come whenever you can make it. New techniques will be demonstrated, we’ll have guest speakers, door prizes (scrap supplies), and of course, food. Students and faculty are invited to join.
